Thanks to the generous contributions from key community donors, we are committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder anyone from participating in our Conference. While we aspire to support as many individuals as possible, it’s essential to acknowledge that our scholarship funds have limitations. As the number of applications continues to rise, we encourage those facing financial hardships to apply early.

Please be aware that we do not offer full scholarships, and due to the high demand, funds may become exhausted before the application deadline on May 15th, 2024. We strongly recommend submitting your application by 5PM ET on May 15th, 2024, to maximize your chances of receiving support. Your timely application will enhance your eligibility for financial assistance.

Notes:

• Funding is limited, and all scholarships are awarded based on financial need as determined by our Scholarship Review Committee.
• Priority is given to families attending together and first-time attendees.
• International attendees are welcome to apply, but priority is given to citizens/permanent residents of the United States. Regardless of any scholarship award, the NSA will not provide invitation letters/visa documentation, nor assist in any costs related to travel documentation or required quarantine periods.
• Funding is awarded in the form of hotel and/or conference registration only; no cash for hotel/registration or ‘extras’ (i.e., merchandise, activities, food/beverage) will be dispersed.
• Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
