NSA Connects Older Adults Who Stutter: The Importance of Humor

October 8 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm EDT

Image promoting a program titled "NSA Connects: Older Adults Who Stutter" featuring photos of Carol Buckingham Ferrer and George Laday. The background shows three older adults conversing and smiling against a purple and teal gradient.

We know that life’s priorities change as we get older, and stuttering may not play as big a role in our lives as it once did. Seeing stuttering through a lens of humor may help us put things in perspective. It may also help us manage stress in a playful manner which can have lasting benefits on both our physical and emotional well-being.

Join hosts Carol Buckingham Ferrer and George Laday as they lead a discussion on the healing nature of humor for older adults who stutter (or any age!).
