NSA Connects – What really matters in stuttering therapy? A panel for SLPs

May 10, 2023 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm EDT

This NSA connects session will provide a unique opportunity for speech-language pathologists to hear directly from people who stutter (of all ages) about their experiences with stuttering and stuttering therapy. The panel is designed to provide SLPs with a unique and valuable perspective on what really matters in stuttering therapy, and how they can provide effective, empathetic, and empowering care to clients who stutter. The panel will be interactive and provide opportunities for SLPs to ask questions, share their own experiences, and engage in dialogue with the panelists and other attendees.

These free sessions allow all participants to learn, inspire, and connect with the larger stuttering community from the safety and comfort of their own home. Each session focuses on a specific theme of interest to those in the community.
