Guide for Clients: Managing Donations on Our Website

Thank you for supporting our cause! Below is a step-by-step guide to help you manage your donations and explore the features available in your Members Area.

Members Area Overview
When you log in to your Members Area, you’ll have access to the following features:

 

My Profile:

  • View and update your personal information (e.g., name, email, and address).

  • Manage your account settings.

 

My Subscriptions:

  • View details of your recurring donations.

  • Update your payment method for subscriptions.

  • Adjust the amount for recurring donations.

 

My Donations:

  • Review your donation history and view totals.

  • Download receipts for tax purposes.

 

Exclusive Content (if applicable):

  • Access any members-only content, updates, or thank-you notes.

1. Updating Payment Details

  • To update your payment information:

  • Log in to your account on our website.

  • Go to the Members Area.

  • Select My Subscriptions.

  • Locate your subscription and click Update Payment Method.

  • Enter your updated payment information and save changes.

 

2. Canceling a Recurring Donation

  • If you need to stop a recurring donation:

  • Log in to the website's dashboard and go to the Subscriptions tab.

  • Select the subscription (recurring donation) you want to cancel.

  • Click Manage Subscription.

  • Choose Cancel Subscription.

  • Confirm by selecting Yes, Cancel.

 

3. Adjusting Donation Amount for a Recurring Donation

  • To change the donation amount:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Navigate to the Members Area and select My Subscriptions.

  • Choose the subscription you’d like to adjust.

  • Click Manage Subscription, update the donation amount, and save changes.

 

4. Viewing Your Donation Totals

  • To review your total contributions:

  • Go to the Members Area after logging in.

  • Click on My Donations.

  • View a detailed breakdown of your donations and download receipts if needed. (If you are struggling to access your donation totals and receipts since we changed systems, please contact our support team and we will send you a manual invoice for tax purposes.)
