National Stuttering Association

Carl CoffeySpecial Projects Co-Chair

Carl Coffey is a Kentucky resident (by way of Richmond, VA) and a person who stutters. He attended his first chapter meeting in 2014 when he sought support on how to be more confident while presenting in meetings at work. He attended his first conference in 2016 and found how impactful the NSA is to people worldwide.

In 2019, he was interviewed by his local NPR station to speak about stuttering and to promote the NSA’s Bowling Green, KY chapter. Carl stays busy as a newlywed to his beautiful wife Brittany and father to three animals, Malley, Pearl, and Scooby.
