Frank Stechel worked in the vocational rehabilitation agency of the New York State Education Department for 31 years. He was a counselor, supervisor and district office manager during the course of his career. He lives with his wife and Labrador retriever in New Jersey. Frank is active in the Manalapan NSA support group. He enjoys spending time with his five year grandson, jogging and enjoying the cultural activities in and around the tri-state area.
