As a graduate of Salisbury University, Jeff Maddox is a Human Resources Director from the Baltimore, Maryland area. Jeff has been a member of the Young Adults Committee since 2016. He also helps with his family’s dog rescue, Lonely Hearts Animal Rescue. Jeff attended his first NSA Annual Conference in 2011.
