Matt PhillipsTeen Program Co-Coordinator

    Matt is currently a sophomore at the University of Connecticut in the Honors Program pursuing dual degrees in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and Linguistics/Psychology. Matt started attending the Annual Conference in 2015, so Fort Lauderdale was his 5th conference. Before stepping into the role of Teen Program Co-Coordinator this year, he served on the Teen Advisory Council for two years, and he is the founder and chapter leader of the Ellington, CT Family Chapter. Outside of the NSA, he plays mellophone and saxophone with the UConn Marching Band and Travel Pep Band, does community service with Kappa Kappa Psi, National Honorary Band Fraternity, serves as Treasurer of UConn’s Language For All Club, and helps conduct research in the UConn Language and Brain Lab.
