Peter has been a successful commercial real estate broker for over 20 years. He began his career with Percival’s Inc. and ran his own firm, SFA Investment Real Estate Co, for several years.

He has closed investment transactions for both national and local Charlotte firms, including WP Carey, United Trust Fund, Columbus Nova, Dilweg Companies and Silver Investments.

A licensed real estate broker in NC and SC, Peter represents buyers and sellers of commercial real estate. He also works with both tenants and landlords in leasing of properties.
