Steven Moates is a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Communication Science and Disorders at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. His areas of expertise are in program development, clinical education, clinical supervision, and stuttering. Steven is currently serving as a Regional Chapter Coordinator for the NSA Family Programs and on the Special Events Committee. Prior to moving to Baylor, Steven was the founder and Chapter Leader for the NSA Montana Adult and Family Chapters in Missoula, Montana, and director of the Samford Fluency Camp in Birmingham, Alabama. In his spare time, Steven enjoys spending time with his son Riley and fly fishing.
