The Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa is our Conference hotel for 2019. This family-friendly hotel boasts a spectacular quarter-mile private beach, on-site recreational activities, multiple restaurants, a bar on the beach, and an easy walk to shops and even more restaurants on Las Olas Boulevard.

Given the prime oceanfront location, we are fortunate to have secured an rock-bottom group rate of just $174 (+taxes/fees) per night. We have also negotiated an optional reduced resort fee of $20 per night, which can be decided upon at time of check-in.

Getting Here

Our Conference hotel is the spectacular Sheraton Grand Chicago, located in the heart of downtown.

Given the premier downtown location, we are fortunate to have secured an amazing group rate of just $169 (+taxes/fees)/night.

Fort Lauderdale Airport

Many will fly into Fort Lauderdale (FLL) which is 12 minutes from the hotel or Miami International Airport (MIA) which is an hour from the hotel. Attendees living nearby may choose to drive or use other transportation. Self-Parking is offered at the negotiated rate of $15 (normally $35) per day or Valet for $25 (normally $41) per day.

As of January 1, 2019, a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged at the time a guest makes a room reservation. Upon check-in, this deposit will be applied towards the guest’s bill.

Deposits paid by guests are refundable if notice is received by Hotel at least three (3) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Those using a debit card at check-in will have an immediate hold for funds placed on their checking account by their financial institution. The amount held will be less than or equal to the total of the room (+taxes/fees), plus $75 per day to cover incidental charges. Funds may be held by your financial institution for up to 5 business days or longer after check out before being released. We suggest that guests authorize a credit card at check-in, and then pay with a debit card at check out to avoid unnecessary holds on your account.
