The National Stuttering Association (NSA) is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of your confidential information to the extent possible, subject to provisions of state and federal law. At the start of any NSA event or gathering, you are considered to be ‘opted in’ (allowing) the NSA’s use of you and/or your child(ren)’s photos/images/likenesses on printed NSA materials, in video(s), or on the web and internet (eg: social media) unless you ‘opt out’ by completing and submitting our Photo/Video Opt Out Form. Participants may opt out at any time.

Please note: if we choose to use a photo that was not obtained from an NSA event where prior picture permission was granted, we will obtain authorization from the individual who posted the image in a public forum.
