Kya is the Vice President of Empowering Girls Who Stutter. She is a stuttering advocate on TikTok, sharing her stuttering acceptance journey. She uses her social media platform to unite the stuttering community and spread awareness to the public about a speech disorder that affects 1% of the population. After high school Kya wants to be a Speech Language Pathologist in the hospital setting and in hopes of one day opening her own private practice.
