Lydia is a high school junior, currently studying dual-credit at Sinclair Community College, majoring in ASL Interpreting and Criminal Justice. She has stuttered for as long as she can remember and through coming to NSA conferences, has learned to be more confident and accepting of her stutter. She is the Chapter Leader for the Dayton, OH Area NSA Family Chapter, which she founded in March 2017. Lydia loves her boxer, dog (Nessa), her amazing friends, and listening to music. She wants to pursue a career as a sign language interpreter with law enforcement agencies. 2019 will be her 6th year attending the NSA annual conferences and her 2nd year being on the TAC.
