Matt Maxion (he/him) is a California native currently living in Baltimore, MD. He is a queer Filipino-American who stutters and has been working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the school-based setting since 2018. He has previously led the East Bay Chapter of the NSA and has worked collaboratively with Passing Twice, an informal network of LGBTQIA+ members who stutter. He has been an active member of the NSA since 2012, and hopes to impart the same feeling of belonging that he felt at his first NSA Conference onto the rest of the stuttering community. In his free time, Matt enjoys playing video games, baking, and running.
