Dr. Megan Young is a certified speech-language pathologist and a doctoral candidate in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences at The University of Texas at Austin. Megan has been an active member of the NSA since 2019. Her research interests include psychosocial aspects of stuttering, employment equity, and anti-ableist treatment approaches for children and adults who stutter.
Megan currently lives in Austin, TX with her husband and two cats. In her spare time, she enjoys music, cooking, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
